• We have built and sold 37 homes at Strawberry Fields, Yatton and 14 apartments at Emery Road, Brislington.
• Our Site Team have started work on 3 new developments at Tytherington, Tickenham and Warmley.
• Our Project Managers have continued to keep the business moving through a global pandemic, managing material shortages, cost increases and delays along the way.
• We have made 3 new senior appointments with James, Owain and Matt joining the Woodstock team.
• We have exchanged and completed the purchase of a site benefiting from an outline consent for 29 homes in South Gloucestershire.
• We have exchanged contracts on our first strategic site of circa 5 acres in North Somerset.
• Our Land Team have also had offers accepted on various other sites which are currently progressing through legals and totalling circa 200 new homes!
