Celebration for Woodstock Homes - 10 years - 100+ homes
Woodstock Homes are celebrating following their recent move to new premises in Apsley Road, Clifton, Bristol.
Not only has the company, one of the South West's leading independent housebuilders, just passed its tenth anniversary, but it has also completed its hundredth new built home.
Woodstock Homes was set-up by Martin Newman, an experienced homebuilder and former engineer. The company specialises in well specified and constructed property on smaller sites. As well as sites in Bristol, Wells and South Gloucestershire, the company has recently expanded into South Wales where its homes at Ammanford have been selling off-plan.
Martin Newman, Managing Director, explains the reasons for Woodstock's success; "Keeping things relatively small and independent has enabled us to focus on things that really matter, such as in-built quality of construction, attention to environmental factors and an overall desire to provide good value and a personal service. We have also been able to make brown-field sites work well for us, matching the convenience of city-living with viable costs."
For the future Woodstock Homes has earmarked further sites in the South West and Wales incorporating all the latest energy saving features. Now that it has reached its current scale of housebuilding Woodstock aims to build upwards of 100 new homes each year.
