Can I visit my new home whilst it’s being built?
We understand it’s exciting to see your new home taking shape but construction sites can be dangerous places and they are defined in health and safety law as workplaces. We are legally responsible for our sites and must not, by law, allow access to the general public. For these reasons you may not go onto the development unaccompanied or without our prior agreement. We will make arrangements and provide necessary protective clothing, which you must wear while on site. It may be necessary to limit where you can go and when you can visit.
