To make the purchase of a new Woodstock home as straightforward and stress-free as possible we’ve introduced Smoothmove, available on selected plots at all Woodstock sites.

It's the easy way to sell your house – at full market value. Not only do we manage the whole sale process but we will provide expert advice on presenting your existing house to help you maximise its value and achieve that all important sale.

Free valuation

Join the Smoothmove scheme and we'll arrange for an approved estate agent to provide a free valuation of your house and suggest a selling price to you.

One simple payment

All you pay is a fee of £500 when you join Smoothmove, which will be credited against the price of your new Woodstock home at the time of completion. This means you benefit from the full Smoothmove service at no cost to yourself when you go on to purchase a brand new Woodstock home. If you decide not to go through with the purchase then Woodstock Homes will refund half the joining fee

A ‘For Sale’ sign is erected and Woodstock Homes sales consultants monitor the estate agent’s marketing activities on a weekly basis.
Experts will be on hand to offer top tips and advice on how to maximize your property’s value, whilst remaining mindful of your budget and that you may not want to spend much on a property you are going to be leaving.

Throughout the buying process, Woodstock Homes’ level of service has been extremely efficient and friendly. They communicated progress reports and all the necessary documentation in a timely fashion allowing the whole process to progress rapidly and smoothly. Any changes and suggestions were taken on board with the end result - the house of our dreams!

Particular mention goes to the site manager, Simon Taylor. He was great; approachable and more than capable. Simon is very thorough and leads a dedicated team of people that all helped ensure our home was completed to a high standard and to our specifications.

This level of commitment has been maintained, even after moving in. Any issues, major or minor, have been dealt with promptly and effectively.

The whole process of buying our home with Woodstock Homes from start to finish has made the whole nightmarish saga of moving seem like a piece of cake!
