Part Exchange
The Part Exchange plan has been created to
make buying your new Woodstock home as quick and easy as possible.
The scheme offers an easy solution to the often stressful and lengthy process of selling your house.
How does it work?
• We instruct a local estate agent to carry out a free
valuation of your property (a second valuation is sometimes
required)
• Once we are happy your house meets our criteria, we
will make an offer for your property based on securing a buyer
within 28 days.
• The offer remains open for seven days.
• Should you accept our offer, you can reserve your new
Woodstock home and we will purchase your old one (subject to
contract and survey).
What
could be easier?
* The Part Exchange plan is available on selected
plots only. Woodstock Homes reserve the right not to make an
offer after valuation if we feel an offer is inappropriate.
