How Does it Work?

• First of all you need to find out which homes are available for Part Exchange, by coming to the Marketing Suite of your chosen Woodstock development and talking to one of our sales consultants. Once you’ve found your ideal home, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire. At this point, neither you nor Woodstock Homes are committed to purchasing, and the home you’re interested in will remain on sale.
• Then we’ll arrange a Woodstock Part Exchange valuation, carried out by two independent estate agents. For Part Exchange to take place, the value of your property must usually be a minimum of 30% less than your chosen Woodstock home.
