The Part Exchange plan has been created to make buying your new Woodstock home as quick and easy as possible.

How does it work?

You choose your new Woodstock home.*
We instruct a local estate agent to carry out a free valuation of your property (a second valuation is sometimes required)
Once we are happy your house meets our criteria, we will make an offer for your property.
Should you accept our offer, you can reserve your new Woodstock home and we will purchase your old one

* The Part Exchange plan is available on selected plots only. Woodstock Homes reserve the right not to make an offer after valuation if we feel an offer is inappropriate. Please contact the Sales Representative to ask whether the Part Exchange plan is available on your selected new Woodstock home.
