James joined the business in March 2021 as Head of Land and has recently held positions with a national housebuilder and a large modular developer. James has a background in land and engineering and brings over 13 years experience to the Woodstock team. This appointment follows on in quick succession to the appointment of Owain as Project Manager who joined the business in January 2021. Owain has recently held positions with two regional developers as Director and Project Manager and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and housebuilding industry. Welcome aboard both.
