📈 We have doubled our turnover from 2021!

 🏡 We have built and sold 57 homes across our developments in Tickenham, Tytherington and Warmley.

 ✍️ Our land team have exchanged contracts on 5 new sites in Nailsea, Winscombe, St George, Bradley Stoke and Staple Hill with potential for up to 294 plots.

 ✅ We have restructured our business and launched our sister company, Woodstock Strategic.

 ✍️ Woodstock Strategic has exchanged contracts to promote its 1st site of 22 acres in North Somerset and is discussing terms with various other landowners.

 👷 Our Site Team have been working hard across 4 live projects in Tickenham, Tytherington, Warmley and Nailsea.

 👨 Our Project Managers have kept the business moving whilst managing continued material shortages, labour shortages, cost increases and delays along the way.

 🆕 We have made 3 new appointments and welcome Harry (Land), Ryan (Technical) and Fiona (Customer Care) to the growing Woodstock team.

 🎗️ We have been delighted to support a local charity in Bradley Stoke, The Brightwell, which specialises in neurological illnesses such as MS.

 In summary 2022 has been a very successful one for Woodstock Homes, and we are proud to have delivered upon the 1st year of our ambitious 5-year growth strategy! 😄
