Will I have the chance to inspect my new home before moving in?
We will arrange for a member of our team to meet you at the property approximately two weeks before legal completion for a Pre-Occupation Inspection and Demonstration. The meeting will include a demonstration of the appliances and heating system, and a full inspection of the entire house. If, during inspection, there are items which you consider to be unsatisfactory, these will be recorded on the inspection sheet and our customer care and site team will do their utmost to put things right prior to you moving into your new home.
