Upon reservation we will provide you with detailed information to assist you through the different stages of your purchase.
Regular Updates
Our dedicated sales team will be on hand to offer advice and guidance throughout the buying process. You will receive regular phone calls with updates on the progress of construction and legal completion, and our sales team will be available to assist with any queries you may have.
Choices
Subject to build stage, you will be invited to select from a range of fixtures and fittings which could include flooring, tiles and kitchen choices.
Our Quality Control
Every new home is meticulously inspected using a 569 point quality checklist prior to any customer inspections and all of our trade’s people are vetted, trained and qualified to build to the highest standard.
Reassurance
We build to the highest possible standards and for added peace of mind your new home is covered by the NHBC 10 Year Buildmark Warranty. Full details of this policy will be provided to you upon reservation and our dedicated sales team will be available to help with any queries. You can also be assured that all of your appliances are covered by the manufacturers for at least the first 2 years.
Home Demonstration Tour
Before completion you will be invited to inspect the quality of your new home. Our team will be on hand to demonstrate the fixtures, systems and appliances to ensure you are familiar with their operation.
Completion Day!
You will be greeted by a member of our team at your new home who will answer any last minute queries and present you with your Welcome Pack: including Home Owners Folio, spare tiles and paint, a gift to welcome you into your home and, most importantly, your keys.
Courtesy Call
A few days after completion you will receive a phone call from your personal Customer Care Coordinator to introduce themselves to you and ensure you are settling into your new home.
One Month Inspection
At handover you will be provided with a Defect Report form to log any teething problems that may occur during the first few weeks. The report form should be sent to your personal Customer Care Coordinator after a month and we will endeavor to complete all agreed items within 14 days of receipt.
Listening to You
We will contact you around 6 weeks after you have moved into your new home. We would really like to hear your feedback on our service from your initial contact with our sales team through to your overall satisfaction with your new home.
