Customer Installation Choices

Subject to the construction stage, we offer all our customers the opportunity to choose some of the items that will be installed in their new Woodstock home (e.g. choice of kitchen from a selected product range).

• The Sales Office will be able to advise you whether any pre-selections have been made.
• Sample boards and brochures are available to help you make your selections, either from the Sales office on site or from the offices of the local Sales Agent.
• You will be asked to confirm your choices in writing. This can be by letter, email or by completing and signing the Customer Selection form (this form will be sent to you with the “confirming your reservation” letter from our Sales Manager if there are selections to be made).
• If a deadline approaches for the ordering of fixtures or fittings and we have not received your choices, we will contact you to request your selection.
  

Please make your selections as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
