NEW CENTRO OWNERS MOVE TO CITY CENTRE LIVING

Following the success of the company’s property developments across the South West, the summer months have been particularly busy for Woodstock Homes – both with the completion of two major developments, and the start of two new sites.

A total of 42 new owners are completing on, and moving in to, their brand new Woodstock homes during August and September, Charlton Gardens, a mews style development of one and two bedroom apartments, and Centro, 22 contemporary apartments situated right at the heart of Bristol.

Centro marks a major milestone for the company, representing a very successful entry into city centre development. With all the new owners moving in over a period of weeks, it has been a busy, but exciting time, as James Dalrymple pointed out:

“I’m thrilled to have taken the keys to my new apartment. I chose Centro partly for its great location, but also because I loved the contemporary design and attention to detail that Woodstock pay to their homes. I’m now looking forward to making the most of Centro living – having the city centre right on my doorstep.”

Elsewhere, work is to begin this month at Kingfisher Court, a luxury development of four bedroom, semi detached homes. Set in a tranquil, South Gloucestershire location, the homes are still within easy striking distance of the commercial and leisure centres of Bristol city, Aztec West and Cribbs Causeway, offering an ideal opportunity for those looking for a more rural lifestyle whilst retaining the convenience of access to all the city’s amenities. With prices starting at £274,950, Kingfisher Court is already proving to be a great combination of quality and location – with a number of the properties already having been reserved.

Meanwhile at the company’s Oakwood Court development in Stockwood, construction is a little further

ahead with the major structural work due to be completed in September. Oakwood Court comprises 23,

two bedroom apartments, which are on the edge of the Somerset countryside yet within easy reach of Bristol, Bath and Keynsham. With prices starting at just £124,950, the apartments’ high specification (each with a fully fitted kitchen and carpeted throughout) are proving to be popular with both first time buyers looking to step onto the property ladder, and with those looking for a good investment. Over two thirds of

the apartments have already been reserved.

Some quotes from happy Centro customers:

Ashley Smith

“It’s great to see Centro complete and the owners all moving in to their brand new apartments. Although I bought my apartment as an investment, and so won’t be living there, I still took a great deal of time to make sure that its location, quality and design were right for my needs. And my judgement so far has proved to be spot on; I let the apartment to a young couple who are very excited about moving into their new home – in fact I could have let it several times over, it offers the perfect combination of space, quality and, of course location.”

Laura Bailhache

“I’m absolutely delighted to be moving into my brand new Centro apartment - having bought off plan, it’s fantastic to see my new home in the flesh. The standard of specification and range of options that I was able to select from was incredible – and it’s reassuring now to know for sure that the combinations I chose work so well. I can now start to enjoy living in my new home and experiencing the city centre lifestyle - walking to work and making the most of the facilities the city has to offer”.
