Can I make alterations or extensions to my new home?

There are certain legal covenants and restrictions that are transferred by Woodstock Homes when you buy your new home. These covenants are to ensure that customers do not undertake to do anything unreasonable to their properties which might be a nuisance to their neighbours. The covenants and restrictions will form part of your Contract, which your solicitor discusses with you before contracts are exchanged. Your proposed alterations or extensions may require planning permission and or building regulations and you should contact your local authority to confirm whether approval is required.

Any alterations or extensions to your home will not be covered by the Buildmark Warranty, and neither will any damage to your home caused by the work undertaken
