At Woodstock Homes we work hard to ensure there will be no problems after you move into your new home, but very occasionally problems do arise.
Customer Care Team
For the first two years, our dedicated Customer Care Coordinator is on hand to deal with any problems which may require our attention. Once an item is reported, our Customer Care Coordinator will arrange an appointment and co-ordinate any necessary works. We aim to give a prompt and efficient service, attending to emergencies within 24 hours and other items within 14 days.
We provide all our customers with a homeowners’ manual, packed with information about the local area, how to care for your home and how to contact us if you do have any problems or concerns.
Customer Care Policy
We are justifiably proud of our commitment to providing all our customers with the very highest levels of service before, during and after the purchase of their new Woodstock home.
We arrange to meet you to welcome you to your new home, and take care of small but important details such as taking and recording meter readings and informing the relevant utility companies for you.
2 days after occupation, our Customer Care Coordinator will phone you to check how you are settling into your new home.
14 days after occupation we will write to you to check you are enjoying your new home and that any queries you have or defects highlighted prior to moving in have been rectified.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
We truly wish to be the best homebuilder in Bristol, the South West and Wales region and know we can only achieve this by listening to our customers. We ask you to complete a survey shortly after moving in, as your opinions and feedback help us to constantly monitor and perfect our quality and service.
