Lee Peck Group announce new apartments at Henbury, Bristol.

Woodstock Homes apartments leaving from Platform One this Autumn

Woodstock Homes has announced plans to build a new development of apartment homes in Henbury, Bristol, with the launch of Platform One scheduled for September.

And with prices set to start from less than £100,000, Woodstock Homes is expecting huge levels of interest in the properties.

“Platform One will be a development of studio and one and two-bedroom apartments and our prices are set to offer first time buyers a real opportunity to get onto the housing ladder in style,” said sales manager Debra Grimes.

“Demolition is now underway to clear the site and the new homes are sure to appeal to a wide sector of the marketplace, from first-time buyers and couples to empty nesters and the retired, so people should register their interest as soon as possible.”

Henbury boasts excellent local amenities, including schools and the prestigious Henbury Lodge Hotel, which lies next to Blaise Castle with its stunning views and woodland walks.

The area offers a range of outdoor pursuits, with golf clubs close by and Durden Downs a short drive away.

For those who prefer the city lights, Bristol is perfect. Here, attractions include the Broadmead shopping centre and the new Cabot Circus, and a wealth of restaurants, museums, nightclubs and theatres.

The Mall at Cribbs Causeway on the outskirts of the city is a stunning complex - with over 135 stores and more than 17 cafes and restaurants to visit.
