We recognise that buying a property is a major investment both financially and emotionally. We will do everything we can to make buying your new home as easy and pleasurable as possible, from the moment you find your dream home to “moving in” day.

Pre-occupation Inspection and Demonstration

Two weeks before legal completion, you receive a tour of your new home, any snags are recorded and we aim to put them right before your move in day. You also receive a demonstration of appliances, heating systems, meters and stop valves.

We realise that questions sometimes arise after you’ve moved in, so we’ve designed an after sales service to really help you settle into and fully enjoy your new home.

Keeping You Safe on Site

When you visit one of our new homes, we keep you safe. Visitors are given hard hats, are accompanied by trained staff. Your safety is of paramount importance, we abide by all health and safety legislation.
