Site Purchase at Bettws, Nr Bridgend, South Wales

Woodstock Homes are proud to announce the acquisition of a substantial site at Bettws, Near Bridgend. The site  is proposed as a phased development, incorporating around forty new homes with a mixture of house styles designed to cater for a variety of homebuyers including First Time Buyers.

This is the third site acquired by Woodstock Homes is South Wales.

Design work has been completed, and the scheme has now been submitted to the local Planning Authority for consideration.
